Semoga artikel berikut menjadi sebuah solusi ketika Anda menghadapi masalah instalasi printer terutama HP Laser Jet. Selesai install driver ternyata ketika test print tidak ada cetakan yang keluar, padahal posisi printer sudah online. Asumsi saya adalah mungkin drivernya yang tidak betul, maka kemudian saya coba solusi berikut :
1. Download ulang driver printer sesuai dengan jenis printer
2. Uninstall driver yang ada
3. Restart komputer
4. Install driver yang sudah selesai di download.
Nah langkah diatas ternyata berhasil dan komputer bisa mencetak ke printer.
