Berikut ini adalah cara install Framework 3.5 secara offline :
1. Masukan DVD Windows 8 pada DVDROM, Anda bisa lihat sumbernya di E:\sources\sxs (Drivenya sesuai dengan drive DVD ROM Anda)
2. Jalankan Command Prompt dengan cara klik kanan, kemudian pilih Run As Administrators
3. kemudian ketikan :
Dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /All /Source:E:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess
Jangan lupa ENTER
4. Tunggu beberapa saat sampai proses selesai
5. Jika sudah selesai Anda bisa lihat hasilnya
